If something is not quite right, we will always do our best to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at: support@slowhousestudio.co

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • Video evidence where applicable​

Once reviewed, our team will work with you on an appropriate resolution depending on the situation and product availability. This may include:

​

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of international fulfilment and the high cost of cross-border shipping, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.​

Approved returns must be shipped back to the return address provided by our team.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returned items must:

​

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Be shipped within the approved return window

​

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 

We reserve the right to decline return or refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Failed Delivery & Refused Shipments

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs duties/taxes, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any additional fees incurred by the courier or customs during the return process may also be deducted from the final refund amount where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.

Please allow:

  • Up to 3 business days for refund processing

  • An additional 5–10 business days for your payment provider or bank to reflect the refund

Depending on the situation, certain resolutions may be provided in the form of store credit or replacement items instead of a monetary refund.

Delivery & Fulfilment

Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on product availability and destination country.

To reduce unnecessary warehousing and excess waste, some products may be shipped directly from our fulfilment partners.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed, due to occasional delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or peak periods.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
