The name Slowhouse reflects the idea of slowing down and creating a home that feels warm, personal, and intentionally lived in. In a fast-moving world, we believe a space should feel calming, comforting, and filled with pieces that bring atmosphere, character, and individuality into everyday living.

Slowhouse was created from a shared frustration we experienced while designing our own spaces. We found ourselves constantly searching across different stores and platforms for unique vintage-inspired décor, aesthetic statement pieces, and functional home items that felt thoughtful and different from the usual mass-produced designs. It was difficult to find a single place that curated these pieces together in an intentional way. That became the idea behind Slowhouse — a carefully curated destination for people looking to create cozy, elevated, and beautifully lived-in spaces through distinctive interior pieces with warmth and character.
